The presentation and the freshness of our meal was superb. The tempura was light and tasty. The rolls were excellent and the sashimi was so fresh. The deliver was on time. It was a very enjoyable night!!

The sushi itself was great as usual but the order was wrong, we got extra of some rolls and none of another that we ordered. We also requested no roe on our rolls and they put it on anyway.

Food was pretty good in the end, but they missed our online order and we had to wait for quite some time while they searched for it. Our order took almost twice as long as expected while we waited at the restaurant. No effort to make up for it with a discount or credit for the future - not even a beverage while we waited, just a fortune cookie. And because we paid online, we'd unfortunately already given Hachi Sushi a tip...
